Abstract

The Visible Control magazine has the purpose of strengthening the analytical capacity of the community of officials, academics and citizens interested in fiscal control. Fiscal control has the constitutional function of safeguarding public assets and to this end it is important to increase knowledge of the management problems that prevent State resources from becoming the effective enjoyment of fundamental rights.
